Please note: St John’s in fall 2023 is revamping its communication strategy for its mission involvement to keep the congregation more up to date with our various partners. We are also trying to streamline the process of making it easier for potential volunteers to sign up to things.
Local Missions/ Non Profits St. John Supports:
Our church has over a decade long relationship with each charity listed, and in some cases works directly with the charity. Pastor Barbara is our contact point for local missions.
Third Street Alliance – A women and children’s shelter in Easton, PA

Safe Harbor – A homeless shelter in Easton, PA
How you can get Involved – Pastor Barbara coordinates making soup meals for Safe Harbor. We are currently on the lookout for more volunteers to rotate in. The soup ingredients are already provided and just have to be cooked and delivered. The church’s commercial stove tops and kitchen are available to use and make quick work of it. We also coordinate with the local Lutheran church and 55+ club at the golf course, so other non-profits are invited to join us!
